Refund Policy
Refunds and Cancellations At Zen Run Club, we prioritize participant satisfaction and operational clarity. Please read the following refund and cancellation terms carefully before registering for an event or making a purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:
- You must contact us via email at contact@zenrun.in or through the official contact form on our website.
- The decision to approve a refund is solely at the discretion of Zen Run Club.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.
- No partial refunds will be granted.
Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- You fail to attend a registered event ("no-show").
- Requests made after the event date.
- Any other reason deemed ineligible by Zen Run Club.
Cancellation by Zen Run Club:
If Zen Run Club cancels an event for any reason, registered participants will be notified and may be eligible for a full refund or an option to transfer registration to another event, subject to availability and club discretion.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer, as communicated by the participant.
We may request proof of payment and identity verification for refund processing.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received your refund after the expected processing time:
1. Recheck your bank account or UPI app.
2. Contact your bank for transaction status.
3. If you still have not received the funds, contact us at contact@zenrun.in.
